Our Projects
Discover the initiatives we're leading to uplift our community—improving lives through education, wellness, skill-building, and local revitalization. Each project reflects our mission to help Zavalla thrive.
One of our biggest goals is to open a Community Center that everyone can benefit from. We want to have a full library and computer lab, classes, events, weekly teen nights and senior lunches, monthly community potlocks, support groups, and so much more. We believe that this would be the first of many steps to help Zavalla truly thrive.
Zavalla’s city park has long been a place for birthday parties, family gatherings, and community events—but the aging equipment and limited amenities no longer meet the needs of our town. We believe our children deserve better. That’s why we’re working to transform the park into a safe, welcoming, and beautiful space for everyone to enjoy.
Our goals include installing new playground equipment, preserving and maintaining the usable features already in place, adding benches and shaded areas, improving landscaping, and creating a space the whole community can be proud of. We’re actively pursuing grants and asking for grassroots support to bring this vision to life—because every child in Zavalla deserves a place to play, dream, and grow.
