The Pineywoods BEYOND Foundation is a nonprofit organization rooted in Zavalla, Texas, and dedicated to building a stronger, healthier, more connected community. We serve people of all backgrounds through programs that address real needs and open doors to lasting opportunity.

We believe everyone deserves dignity, support, and a place to thrive, regardless of their circumstances or identity. Our work is grounded in compassion, equity, and the belief that small towns like ours are worth investing in.

Our Mission

To empower and uplift the Zavalla community by addressing food insecurity, improving literacy, providing vocational and life skills training, supporting families, promoting the arts, and fostering safe, enriching spaces for growth and connection.
